Job Description: Safety Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify and correct potential hazards by inspection facilities, machinery, and safety equipment.

2. Evaluate the effectiveness of various industrial control mechanisms.

3. Ensure that a building or product complies with health and safety regulations, especially after an inspection that required changes.

4. Install safety devices on machinery or direct the installation of these devices.

5. Review employee safety programs and recommend improvements.

6. Review plans and specifications for new machinery and equipment to make sure they meet safety requirements.

Competency level required (minimum):

1. Educational background: Degree level in engineering field.

2. Related working experience at safety will be an added advantage.

Preffered Skill:
